Policies for shopping CrystalKat jewelry, custom jewelry, and returns.

 

~Shipping

Shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

 

~Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

~Processing Time

Ready to ship items will be processed and shipped within a week of ordering. Custom orders will be made and shipped within 3-6 weeks of being ordered and payed for.

 

~Returns or Damage

I will only accept returns if you are unhappy with the item and it is returned in same condition it left in or if the item arrives damaged/broken if: 1.) buyer contacts me within 7 days of delivery and 2.) ships item back within 14 days of delivery.


~Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, unless damaged/broken upon deliver, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

~Custom Pieces

Custom pieces take 3-6 weeks to make and ship once a design has been completed and 50% of the cost has been payed to cover material costs. The finished piece will be shipped once the second half of the payment has been made. I do not accept cancellations or returns on custom pieces but I will do all I can to work with you to ensure you are happy with your custom piece.
